This project comprised the development of a four-star hotel in a prime central London location on Neathouse Place, adjacent to Victoria Station.

The scheme delivered a high-quality hospitality environment across 12 storeys, including 435 guest rooms, along with a range of amenities such as a bar, restaurant and gym facilities. The project required a high standard of finish throughout, in line with the expectations of a premium hotel brand.

Precision Sealant Services were appointed to carry out the internal sealant package across both guest accommodation and communal areas.

Our works included:

• Internal silicone sealing to bathrooms across 435 hotel rooms
• Window perimeter sealing (internal)
• Skirting to floor junction sealing
• Sealant works to back-of-house areas
• Sealant application within front-of-house spaces including gym, restaurant and bar areas

As part of the works, we supplied and installed Mapei silicone sealants, carefully colour-matched to the tilers’ grout to achieve a consistent and high-quality finish throughout the bathrooms.

As a direct stockist of Mapei products, we are able to provide efficient supply alongside installation, ensuring both programme reliability and accurate colour coordination on site.

Delivering works across a large-scale hotel development required careful planning and coordination with the main contractor and multiple trades.

Our teams worked across all floors of the building, maintaining consistent quality and productivity to meet programme requirements. Particular attention was given to achieving a high-quality finish across all guest rooms and public areas, in line with the standards expected within the hospitality sector.

Through effective site coordination and experienced supervision, we ensured works were delivered efficiently across the full 12-storey development.

The project was successfully completed with all sealant works delivered on programme and to a high standard, contributing to the overall quality and presentation of this flagship London hotel development.
