Panattoni Park Brighton is a 268,000 sq ft speculative industrial and logistics development located at Shoreham Airport on the South Coast.

Delivered for Panattoni, the scheme comprises five Grade A portal frame warehouse units constructed on piled foundations, providing high-quality, flexible accommodation for modern logistics and industrial occupiers.

Designed to meet the growing demand for adaptable and future-ready industrial space, the development offers a best-in-class specification alongside strong environmental performance, establishing a landmark logistics scheme in the region.

Precision Sealant Services were appointed to deliver specialist sealant works across both external service yards and internal areas of the development.

Our works included:

• Sealant application to expansion, contraction and isolation joints
• Sealing of saw-cut joints within concrete service yards
• External and internal concrete slab joint sealing
• Internal silicone sealing to WC facilities
• Sealant works to reception and tea point areas
• Fire exit door perimeter sealing

A key aspect of this project was the delivery of large-scale joint sealing across extensive concrete service yard areas, requiring careful planning to ensure durability and performance in a high-traffic environment.

Our teams worked efficiently across multiple units, coordinating with the main contractor and other trades to ensure works were completed in line with programme requirements.

Attention to detail was maintained across both heavy-duty external applications and internal finishing works, ensuring a consistent standard across all five warehouse units
