This project comprised the new build construction of 150 build-to-rent residential apartments arranged over 9 storeys, incorporating communal facilities, ground floor retail space and car parking.

Designed to deliver high-quality modern living accommodation, the development required a consistent standard of finishing across all residential units alongside coordinated external façade works.

Precision Sealant Services were appointed to deliver a full sealant package across both internal and external elements of the scheme.

Our works included:

Internal silicone sealing to bathrooms and kitchens
Window perimeter sealing (internal)
Skirting to floor junction sealing
External mastic pointing to window surrounds
Brickwork movement joint sealing to the external façade

A key element of this project was the coordination between multiple trades, including brickwork contractors, window installers and scaffold providers.

Our team worked closely with all parties to ensure works were completed in line with programme requirements, particularly in meeting strict scaffold strike deadlines on the external façade.

Through careful planning and communication, we were able to maintain progress while ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish throughout the development.

The project was delivered successfully, with all sealant works completed on programme and to the required specification, supporting the overall handover of the development.
